WHAT IS IT?

In the process of it’s development, it became apparent that this methodology is useful for a much wider audience that is concerned with understanding and disrupting predatory violence from the nonphysical aspects on through a spectrum that explores extremely close quarters physical skills.
If you want a realistic, simplified approach to self-defense that is truly geared towards smaller individuals—this is it.
This is NOT MARTIAL ARTS and there is NO REQUIREMENT to be a martial artist or to have those kinds of physical capabilities. It is open to.
